To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Town of Aurora’s administration offices will remain closed until further notice. Essential staff will continue to work on-site, and some services will be available by restricted access and/or appointment only.
Essential services available
- Burial permits, marriage licenses and commissioning of documents
- Purchase of garbage tags
- Special payments (pre-arranged) or if you are unable to pay at your bank or online
- Couriers for tax and water certificates

Please note Town staff are working on installing outdoor rinks in Town Park, Machell Park and Ada Johnson Park.
Staff will be filling the rinks with water so the rinks can freeze over the next couple of days. These are natural outdoor rinks with no refrigeration and are solely dependent on outdoor weather conditions.
The Town will notify the public once the outdoor rinks are ready for use.

Update tote collection change – Attention businesses and multi-residential customers, please be advised that the tote collection scheduled for Monday, December 27, 2021 and Monday, January 3, 2022 will be collected on Friday, December 24, 2021 and Friday, December 31, 2021.
