On March 19, 2021 Applications for Official Plan Amendment (OPA), Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) and a Draft Plan of Subdivision (SUB) were submitted to the Town by Shining Hill Estates Collection Inc. on lands municipally known as 162, 306, 370, 434 & 488 St. Johns Sideroad (Town file No.  OPA-2021-02, ZBA-2021-02 and SUB-2021-01)

These Planning Applications are currently being reviewed by the Town pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act that establishes procedure and process requirements for all Planning Applications.
