Description
The proposed Draft Plan of Subdivision seeks to subdivide the Site into two blocks. Block A is approximately 1.08 ha (2.66 ac) in area and will contain the proposed townhouse dwellings, a private condominium road, and other private facilities which will be further delineated through the Draft Plan of Condominium application. Block B is approximately 0.35 ha (0.86 ac) in area and contains lands to be conveyed to the Town of Aurora.
