Description
The proposed development consists of two 9-storey mid-rise residential buildings connected by a central lobby with a gross floor area of 41,197 square metres. A total of 600 residential units are proposed, two levels of underground parking consisting of 395 vehicular parking spaces accessible from the parking ramp located on the northern side of the site off Mosley Street. The main entrance to the building will be located on Berczy Street.
