Description
The proposed development consists of a private school with a gross floor areas of 3,573.11 square meters and a recreational center with a gross floor area of 2,713 square metres, for a combined gross floor area of 6,286.11 square metres. The development includes 107 parking spaces, including five accessible parking spaces, six bicycle parking spaces, and one loading space.
The subject site is currently occupied by a large industrial building. The existing building will be retained and refitted to accommodate the proposed private school and recreational centre.
