Pet Licenses
License your pet online
Aurora offers online pet licensing. You can license your pet, create a profile or report a lost pet all online.
You can also visit Aurora Town Hall to fill out an application form in-person and have your tag mailed to you.
Pet Licenses are available at the following location:

Who needs a pet license?
All dogs and cats in the Town of Aurora must be licensed (including service animals) under Animal Services By-law Number 6197-19.
All pet owners must license their cats and dogs that are over the age of 12 weeks, or within 7 days of becoming a pet owner.
Service Animals are required to be licensed, however the fee is waived.
Licenses expire annually from the date of purchase.
