2026 Community Garage Sale

Closets overflowing? Garage getting out of hand? Aurora’s Community Garage Sale is taking place on Saturday, May 30, 2026 and it's your chance to clear out items that no longer bring you joy and give them a new home. Participate in one of Aurora's most popular events of the year! Register to be a vendor today - spots are limited and fil up fast. 

This is a free event open to Aurora residents, but space is limited. The event will take place rain or shine. No business vendors will be accepted.

To participate you must register by Friday, May 22, 2026 to reserve your spot. A food vendor will be on-site for a nominal fee. Please note this is a cash only Garage Sale.

Event Vendor information

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation that your spot has been secured.

• You will be provided with two parking spots to sell your items.
• Vendors must arrive between 7:45 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. Access will only be permitted during this time. No access will be grated before or after this time.
• You must have all items setup up at the Aurora Community Centre Parking lot (1 Community Centre Lane, Aurora) by 8:45 a.m. and all items must be removed and cleaned up by 2 p.m.
• All vendors must stay on-site for the entire event. For the safety of everyone, no cars can exit during the event.
• Staff will guide each participant to their parking spot - first come first served. Due to the size of the event, participants cannot request or choose their spot
• Vendors must sell household items ONLY. No food, vendors or businesses are permitted to participate at this event
• All registered participants are required to bring their own tables, chairs and tents. Any items that were not sold must be taken away. Garbage collection will not be provided. All participants are responsible for their own waste.
• A non-perishable food donation is required for the use of the parking spots. A bin will be on site Saturday morning to drop off all food donations. All donations will be sent to the Aurora Food Pantry.
