Highfair Investments Inc. Proposed Plan of Subdivision, Proposed Archer Hill Court Redevelopment

On August 12, 2021, Applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) and a Draft Plan of Subdivision (SUB) were submitted to the Town by Highfair Investments Inc. on lands municipally known as 5 to 70 Archer Hill Court (inclusive) (Town file No.  ZBA-2021-06 and SUB-2021-02)

These Planning Applications are currently being reviewed by the Town pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act that establishes procedure and process requirements for all Planning Applications.
