Business and Development
Planning and Development Services supports Aurora’s continued growth and modernization while preserving its small-town charm. Our responsibilities span land use and infrastructure planning, development approvals, administration of the Ontario Building Code, and programs that foster economic growth. By working with residents, businesses and the development community, the department helps create a well-planned, vibrant and sustainable community where neighbours care and businesses thrive.
