Summary
The Town of Aurora Planning and Development Services is in receipt of the above noted applications. The proposed applications are to change the land use permissions and development standards to construct a five-storey (5) residential apartment building containing 152 residential units. 169 parking spaces will be provided underground. The existing heritage building (Red House) is proposed to be relocated closer to St. John’s Sideroad and Old Yonge Street (255-257 Old Yonge Street).
