Aurora celebrates National Indigenous History Month - 2025

Learn more about the cultural diversity of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples with Indigenous storytelling by Anishinaabe Grandmother Kim Wheatley at Aurora Town Park.

WHAT: National Indigenous History Month is celebrated every June. Throughout this month, the Town of Aurora offers opportunities for community members to reflect on and honour the rich history, heritage, resilience, and diversity of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Canada.
