Community Cleanup

You can participate by following the steps below:

1. Register to participate
2. Choose a public park, greenspace or trail to clean (target locations listed below)
3. Grab your cleanup kit at Town Park from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
4. Follow the safety tips provided in your kit
5. When you are finished, leave your garbage bags at the location you have cleaned up (curbside and accessible for GFL to collect).
6. All recycling bags must be brought back to Town Park (large blue bins will be on site to dispose)
7. Tag us in your before and after photos on Facebook @townofaurora and using the hashtag #auroracleanup.

• St. John’s Sideroad
• Industrial Parkway North and South
• Bayview
• Yonge Street
• Wellington Street East and West
• All storm water management ponds
