ePACT Network - Camper Information
Town of Aurora Summer Camps are proud to utilize ePACT Network, a health and safety software to better support all our members and make it easier to submit critical data securely! ePACT is a secure digital solution that allows you to quickly share the health and emergency information we need, and also provides us with powerful communication tools to ensure we have a way to message you in the event of an illness, injury, or larger scale emergency.
Why are we using ePACT?
How does it work?
ePACT makes it far easier for you to share emergency information with us, while also ensuring we have access to records anytime, anywhere with the mobile app – even without an internet connection. Rest assured that you always own your account and the information in it. Have questions or feedback? Please email our Summer Camps staff or visit one of these helpful ePACT websites:
The Town of Aurora's Community Services Department strives to provide a fun and safe camp experience for all campers! All our Camps are NUT AWARE, please do not send your camper with any products that contain or may contain any nuts.
You will receive a pre-camp email prior to your camp program with all the details you will need. Please ensure your e-PLAY account is up to date with your correct email address.
Parents/Guardians will receive email communication the Thursday before camp begins regarding any necessary information. Please be sure to update your contact information in your e-PLAY account.
The Town of Aurora follows all regulations associated with the Child Care and Early Years Act pertaining to camp. Due to this, all children must be 4 years of age by the start of the designated camp program. This means that children who are turning 4 years of age after the start of the camp (even if only by a few days) cannot participate until the day they turn 4. Currently, we are unable to offer camps to children 3 years or younger and no exceptions will be made.
Please send your camper with the following items:
