For in-person ticket purchases or program registration, please visit the Town Square Box Office during the hours listed below to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives.

- Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.

- Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Holidays Closed
*Box Office Hours may be extended on Saturdays to accommodate Performance Hall programming.

Cancellation Policy |
Please note, all sales are final and ticket purchases are non-refundable. Aurora Town Square is committed to honouring its performance schedule. If a ticketed performance, event, or exhibit is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, the ticket purchaser will be entitled to a credit or refund on the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. |
Children |
A child is considered aged two to 12. Children under 24 months do not need a ticket, however, they must remain in your arms. If you would like your child under 24 months to have their own seat, please purchase a ticket. |
Ticket Delivery
Box Office |
When picking up tickets at the Town Square Box Office, please provide photo ID and the credit card used to make your ticket purchase. Be sure to arrive with plenty of time to collect your ticket(s) prior to the start of the performance. |
Mobile Tickets |
When possible, please use your mobile device for paperless tickets. Some ticket scanners are unable to read barcodes when a mobile device is in dark mode. You may need to adjust the brightness on your screen. |
Print Tickets |
If you prefer to print your ticket(s) at home, please ensure the barcode is clearly visible. |
