To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Town of Aurora’s administration offices will remain closed until further notice. Essential staff will continue to work on-site, and some services will be available by restricted access and/or appointment only.

Essential services available

  • Burial permits, marriage licenses and commissioning of documents
  • Purchase of garbage tags
  • Special payments (pre-arranged) or if you are unable to pay at your bank or online
  • Couriers for tax and water certificates

Tax and water payments can be made by cheque via Canada Post, by dropping off a cheque via our 24-hour secured drop box (100 John West Way), through online payments through your bank or by paying in-person at your bank or signing up through our pre-authorized payment system.
