The Town of Aurora is now offering e-billing for water/wastewater bills. Residents can now elect to receive their water/wastewater bills electronically through email. Both residential and commercial customers are eligible for this service.  

e-Billing allows your water/wastewater bill to be delivered directly to your email inbox three weeks before the due date. This option is an environmentally friendly choice that saves on paper and preserves trees.

The Town will not be responsible for late or missed payments, and applicable interest fees will be applied if payment is not received. The account holder is responsible for ensuring the Town has a current and correct email address for the e-billing service. 

Residents can apply for this service by visiting aurora.ca/en/town-services/water-and-sewer-billing.aspx and completing the water/wastewater e-billing registration form. Once the form is submitted, the resident will have their quarterly water/wastewater invoice sent to the email address they provided on the registration form. There is also an option to switch back to paper bills at anytime by emailing water@aurora.ca
