COVID-19 Self-Assessment

Assessment Centres

The province has recently updated the guidelines for COVID-19 testing. Effective immediately, Assessment Centres will only be testing patients who:

  • have symptoms of COVID-19
  • were alerted to a potential exposure by the COVID-19 app or by Public Health
  • were in contact with someone who has COVID-19
  • were involved in a COVID-19 outbreak
  • are in an at-risk group as defined by provincial health officials

Assessment Centres will not be testing patients who do not meet the above criteria.

Think you might have COVID-19 or been exposed to someone with it? An appointment is required before attending and you are required to wear a mask or face covering. Please visit the assessment centres website links below for the most up-to-date information.
