The Town of Aurora's Design Review Panel (the "Panel") is an advisory body that provides independent design advice and guidance to Planning Staff, applicants, and their consultants on urban design matters for development and redevelopment applications, and on new urban design guidelines and policy.
The Panel is not intended to replace the development approval process or role of Council, but provides an additional level of consultation and review in the pursuit of design excellence for new development and redevelopment within the Town. The Panel does not have the authority to approve or refuse projects or make policy decisions, or recommendations on land use.
