Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Site Plan Application – 271 Holladay Drive

On July 28, 2021 Town of Aurora Planning and Development Division deemed the above noted applications complete to permit the development of a 6-storey purpose-built rental apartment building containing 155 units, and 2 levels of underground parking on the subject land municipally known as 271 Holladay Drive. A Public Planning Meeting was held on November 9, 2021.

On December 13, 2021, the applicants appealed Council’s failure to make a decision on the applications within the statutory time frame of 120 days, pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, c. P.13, as amended, to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
