​​​​​​​​​​​​The Financial Services department is responsible for serving the needs of the Town's administration and needs of our external stakeholders.

The department serves ratepayers, the public, vendors and various government ministries and agencies. Among the services provided are the issuing and collection of tax and water bills, dissemination of general financial information, statutory and accountability reporting, procurement policy and coordination of large procurements of goods, services and construction.

The Financial Services department is comprised of three divisions, each with a Manager reporting to the Director, whose office is also a functional group, the ​Office of the Director & Treasurer:

  • Accounting & Revenue
  • Financial Planning
  • Procurement Services
