Aurora, ON – Please be aware that Town programs will be cancelled effective 4 p.m. today. This includes all registered programs, the Loft and drop-in programs. At this point, Town facilities will remain open and permits are not being cancelled. Tonight's General Committee meeting remains scheduled for 7 p.m. at Town Hall.
While Town facilities remain open at this point, people should check with their respective sport organizations to see if any programs they have scheduled in our facilities have been cancelled.
The Town will continue to monitor weather conditions and any additional closures will be posted to the Town website under News and Notices and communicated on social media.
Roads crews continue to work clearing snow and will continue to do so throughout the weather event. Snow is falling quickly and we appreciate your patience as crews go about their work. Residents are asked to avoid parking on residential streets whenever possible to assist crews with snow clearing efforts.
