​​​​​Facilities and Property

The facilities and property management division is responsible for the following:

  • All fixed/facility infrastructure in the Town of Aurora
  • Facility design, construction, renovation, repairs, maintenance, retro-fit, replacement and demolition
  • Safe and efficient facility operations at the Town's arenas, pools, public library, heritage properties, Town Hall, Cultural Centre and Seniors' Centre
  • Assisting with leases, sale and disposal of facilities and property
  • Maintenance, storage and movement of all facilities and property furniture, fixtures and equipment
  • Management of all environmental initiatives for Town facilities

Fleet

The fleet services division is responsible for the procurement, repair, maintenance, replacement and disposal of over 250 vehicles, heavy and light equipment for all operational divis​ions. The fleet services division also manages all environmental initiatives related to the Town's fleet.
