Bylaw Services works with the community to educate and enforce bylaws to protect the welfare, health and safety of our residents.

How to make a complaint

Complaints can be sent to the Town by phone at 905-727-3123 ext. 4240 or by email at bylawdept@aurora.ca.

Once a complaint has been generated, it is assigned to the appropriate staff to investigate. 

If the complaint is deemed valid, the officer will follow the appropriate departmental policies, procedures, and practices to gain compliance.
