Aurora’s Eco Festival offers new insights on environmentally-friendly initiatives

Visit local environmental retailers, receive free giveaways and attend a seminar with a guest speaker from Blue Dot, a movement by the David Suzuki Foundation.

Aurora, ON – Join us on Saturday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex (1400 Wellington Street) for Aurora's Eco Festival.

Browse more than 20 local environmental booths and find out how to reduce your energy bills, explore new ways to eat sustainably, discover new innovative green products and hear from guest speakers.

Visitors will also have a chance to test drive an electric vehicle, participate in a family-friendly yoga class or upcycling activities for kids.

This free event will offer eco-friendly options that residents can make to reduce carbon emissions and live in balance with the local environment.

Free giveaways including tree saplings which are available while quantities last.
