Mosaic Canada 150

In celebration of Canada's 150, the Town of Aurora is one of the 150 communities across Canada to complete one of the Canada 150 Mosaic murals. The completed mosaic will be a visual portrayal of history and will be displayed within one of the Town's facilities, as a reminder of Canada's 150th anniversary and the pride of the Aurora community. This art piece will continue to inspire other generations from now and will be a lasting legacy to remember Canada 150.

Come and join fellow residents to paint one of the 600 tiles (4 inches square) that will form our 8 foot x 12 foot Community Mural. You do not have to be an artist, as all skill levels and all ages are welcome.

  • Friday, September 8 - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Aurora Town Hall, 100 John West Way
  • Saturday, September 9 - 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
